Once an item is shipped, it is out of our hands and at the hands of the postal service. Please monitor tracking numbers to see when and where your order will be delivered. All orders are shipped using USPS Ground Advantage unless otherwise requested.

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us and we will be glad to assist you.

Yes all purchases are final sale.

Once your order is received, the stated turnaround time of 2-4 weeks for all items EXCEPT birthday suites goes into effect. Shipping time is not included in this turnaround time. Birthday suites ship mid-month prior to the party. Please look at our suite shipping calendar under the birthday section.

Please ensure everything is spelled correctly, all items are the fabric and fonts you'd like etc so that there is no confusion. If you need to make a change, feel free to message us but if the item has begun production, there will be an added change charge to your order.

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
